With the right support and an immense amount of self-learning, I've succeeded in all the ways I never thought possible..

Today, I've accomplished my dreams of running a business, traveling to 7 countries, 31 states, and 109 National Park sites ever since I took a deeper look at how being neurodivergent worked for me.

I specialize in working with high-anxiety neurodivergent young adults who struggle with freeze patterns, shutdowns, life direction, and momentum.

My work is about helping the neurodivergent community take ownership of their lives, their dreams, and their goals, to create a meaningful life that works specifically for them.

With a deep understanding of the unpaved path laid ahead for neurodivergent young adults in our community, I hope to create the space of compassion that my clients need for their success.
